Ordering
In placing orders customers
are agreeing to be bound by the following terms & conditions:-
We take all reasonable measures
to ensure details, measurements & descriptions of products
are as accurate and complete as possible, however due to the
nature of manufacture and photographic colour reproduction
slight variations may occur. All product prices are inclusive
of VAT and exclude delivery charges. UK Standard delivery
is approximately 3-4 working days, USA & EUROPE 4-8 working
days and the REST OF THE WORLD 8-14 working days. Delivery
costs are calculated on orders placed and are added and clearly
detailed in customers shopping carts at the time of purchase.
Please Note;- shipments abroad may incur customs delays which
are beyond our control and any additional customs charges
or duties levied must be borne by the recipient. If customers
have any queries regarding our terms and conditions before
placing an order we advise that any queries are raised with
CUSTOMER SERVICES prior
to a purchase. For information concerning secure online payments
please see our PRIVACY
POLICY. Customers may also pre-order any item
that is currently out if stock, and an email will the be issued
with a proposed delivery date. If an item ordered becomes
unavailable or we are unable to meet the proposed delivery
date we will notify customers as soon as possible and issue
a full refund. All goods are subject to availability.
Returns
Policy
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may within 7 days return
the item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding
delivery charges). We request customers use our size guide
prior to purchasing as we are unable to refund garments ordered
in the wrong size or exchange garments for alternate designs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lust clothing does
not guarantee that use of this website will be compatible
with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors
to the site. We recommend Internet Explorer as preferred browser
to view this site. Lust will not be liable for damage to,
or viruses that may affect, your computer equipment,software,
data or other property as the result of your access to, use
of or browsing of this website or your downloading of any
